Saturday & Sunday Dec 21 & 22, 2024 – There is technically 1 business day left until Christmas. Games ordered this weekend will ship Monday BY STANDARD GROUND SERVICE. (We do not have pickups on the weekend). Only those of you in the pink 1 day zone on the east coast on the map below have a chance to get a package by Xmas Eve but ground is not a 100% guaranteed service. But we have seen it happen successfully over the years. Small team and part orders ship by the USPS and some orders close to Philly may make it but there is no guarantee. We generally ship same day on orders placed by 3 PM EST. Sometimes we can stretch the same day ordering time a little later especially for small team/puck orders, it depends on how busy we are.
EXPEDITED SERVICE – ***VERY IMPORTANT*** PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND THEN ASK US TO EXPEDITE THE PACKAGE. FEDEX EXPRESS IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR THESE LARGE HEAVY GAMES. IT WILL COST $125-$225 ADDITIONAL IN SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXPRESS SERVICE AS THE ONLY OPTION LEFT IS STANDARD OVERNIGHT OR FASTER. THE REASON WE DO NOT WANT CUSTOMERS PLACING EXPEDITED ORDERS ON OUR WEBSITE IS BECAUSE IT TURNS THE ORDER INTO 2 SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS, IS VERY CONFUSING FOR US AND WHEN PEOPLE SEE THE HIGH COSTS, THEY MAY ASK FOR A REFUND. WHEN YOU REQUEST A REFUND, WE ARE NOT REFUNDED BACK THE 3% FEES THAT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY CHARGES US AND WE WILL LOSE MONEY. SO PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT OR WE WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DEDUCT THOSE CHARGES FROM YOUR REFUND. If you decide to take expedited service, email us at tablehockeyshop@aol.com with your address and what products you would like. We will get back to you with a shipping estimate. We will then send you a Paypal payment request. Fedex does not issue shipping refunds on weather related events so if you place an expedited order and the weather delays the order, you are doing so with that understanding. We can not refund you because Fedex will not refund us.
Check our SHIPPING PAGE to see transit times. Ship times are usually 1-5 days depending on your proximity to the suburbs of Philadelphia. Fedex is delivering on the weekends in most non-rural areas.
